Our store exclusively handles genuine products directly purchased from Buc-ee’s stores in the United States. All listed products are new and unused, allowing you to enjoy the unique road trip culture and local atmosphere of America. We deliver Buc-ee's merchandise directly from the US, which is often difficult to find in Japan.
Many items are limited in stock, or only one of each is available. At Buc-ee’s, the product lineup varies by state, store, and season, and items change very quickly. Therefore, even the same product may not be restocked later. Products with area/time-limited or local designs are particularly difficult to restock, so if you find an item you like, we recommend purchasing it early.
About Shipping
Our store ships products purchased in the United States to customers in Japan and within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and usually arrive within approximately two weeks from the shipping date. After shipment, you can check the delivery status using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
About Pricing and Exchange Rates
Our product prices are set based on US dollars. Therefore, the actual billing amount may vary slightly due to your credit card company's or payment service's foreign currency conversion rates and exchange rate fluctuations.
About Payment and Cancellation
Card payment processing occurs simultaneously with the completion of your order's shipment. Please understand that order cancellations cannot be accepted after payment is completed.
About Product Condition
All products handled by our store are new and unused. However, as they are overseas products and sold in physical stores, minor scuffs, folds, or small damages may be visible on the packaging or tags. Please be aware of this in advance.
About Returns and Exchanges
While we strive to display product size, color, and design as close to the actual item as possible, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences such as "it was smaller than I thought" or "the color was different from what I imagined."
In the unlikely event that a product is defective or damaged, we will process a refund after the product is returned and its condition is confirmed.
